Planning a new road trip

It's that time of year when we are planning our next road trip.

It's great to look back on old photos and places we've visited for inspiration.

Switzerland is a great place to visit and there is so much to do.

When you have arrived you can have a break from the car and 

ride the trains and cable cars into the mountains.

London road trip

Only a short road trip this time for the day.

Took a walk from St Pauls across Blackfriars Bridge.

Walking along the South Bank we took in the views and made our way

up to Westminster.

We crossed the bridge at Millbank and headed through Belgravia towards Knightsbridge 

for a quick visit to Harrods before taking the tube back to the car park.

The Louvre - Paris

Paris is a great place to visit at any time of the year.

One must visit location is the Louvre.

The Louvre at night takes on a completely different look to the daytime.

Every Friday from 6 p.m. to 9:45 p.m., admission to the museum is free for visitors under the age of 26 regardless of country of residence.

Admission is free for all visitors on the first Saturday of each month from 6 p.m. to 9:45 p.m. and on Bastille Day (14 July).

The Louvre is also free to visitors on the 1st Sunday of each month, but get there early to avoid the queues!
